While we take pride in the quality of our Marble thresholds, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange your purchase. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction, and we have a straightforward return policy in place to facilitate this process.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details, and they will guide you through the process.
Returned thresholds must be in their original condition and packaging, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy criteria. Upon approval, we will process your refund deducting up to 20% restocking Fee
Please note that custom-made thresholds* or items that have been installed, are are are not eligible for return or exchange, as they are considered final sale.
If you receive a damaged or defective threshold, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
